The community sets the agenda. You show up ready to work.
Every placement on this track begins with a request from a community leader — not a pitch from us. Your skills are matched to work that already has a name and a purpose.

Three steps, all driven by the community
Step one: community leaders submit a skills request through our partner network — specific, scoped, and tied to an existing project.
Step two: we match the request to a qualified applicant. Placements run a minimum of three weeks — enough time to be useful rather than disruptive.
Step three: the community partner leads onboarding and sets the daily work structure. Your role is defined by them, not by us.
